Two females entered McDonalds and requested 40 Gift Cards valued at $50 each. The females stated the cards were being used for a charitable event. They presented an American Express card for payment. One of the females presented a N. Carolina driver's license for ID (no info from the license was documented). The suspects entered into a black Lincoln (MKZ ?) with unknown N.Y. reg.

American Express confirmed the transaction was fraudulent.
