2 Black females enter ULTA Beauty. Suspect 1 pink shirt has some type of carrying device between her legs under her dress. Suspect 1 and Suspect 2 black t-shirt enter the perfume area. Suspect 1 either lifts the front of her dress up and puts perfumes under the dress or Suspect 1 lifts the back of her dress up and Suspect 2 fills up this device from behind. Both females leave the store setting of security sensors. Both females turn around open their purses with out being asked and then leave the store.
