Suspects obtained victims credit card information and manufactured false cards with a different names on them. Suspects then went to Lowes in N Attleboro, Plainville, Milford and Bridgewater and purchased multiple water heaters and snow blowers. There are also multiple unknown victims. Suspects appear to be two middle aged Hispanic males. Suspects were operating a white box truck with RI registration and a newer model white Ford F150 quadcab.
