This unidentified male has been attempting to pass fake prescriptions in the name of Dr. David J. Mysels in area CVS pharmacies. Suspect is aware of cameras within the pharmacy, and time constraints of filling prescriptions. Suspect is using fake Military ID's to obtain prescriptions. This male suspect is working in conjunction with a female, also using fake military identification. The suspect is shown wearing glasses but it is believed they are worn to help obscure his identity and are not required.
