On Sunday 9/22/15 at approx 10:39 am the victim used his North Easton Bank Visa card at the Home Depot store located in Mansfield Ma . The victim went to use this card later in the day and discovered the card was missing. Victim contacted his bank and was told the card was used at the same Home Depot at 11:04 am for the amount of $122.07. Victim was further told a charge of $211.44 was attempted at Home Depot but that charge was denied. I hjave attached photos from the surveillance video but that video quality is very poor.
