On above date, a female left her purse in a Target carriage only to return 15 minutes later to find her purse missing. In surveillance video, we are able to see a light skinned, female, early to mid-20s, medium build, medium height, dark hair, glasses remove pocketbook from the carriage and appear to consider bringing the pocketbook back into the store. However, she had her boyfriend hold her own purse and walk out as she took the victims purse out of the carriage and proceed to walk out to the parking lot with victims purse. Inside was cash, cell phone, prescriptions, and sentimental items.
