On Sunday 9/27/15 at 1:56 pm, a male suspect entered the Best Buy store in Manfield and made a purchase for $865.93 using a cloned credit card. Further investigation shows this same male made purchases at Best Buy stores in Taunton, Braintree, and Brockton as well as a purchase at Mac Express located in Wareham on the same day all within a 4 hour period. The suspect purchased over $4000 worth of merchandise. The suspect produced a Ma License with the name Joel Soto. This same name was used on the cloned credit card. Soto listed an address in New Bedford that does not exist.
