She walks up and down the isles looking at products She is either on the phone talking or texting most of the time. She appears to be looking for specific items. She stole $275.00 worth of product then walks out of the store. This female is a repeat offender. She the same female who has stolen from the North Attleboro Ulta Beauty Sept. 25, 2015 She may be from the New Bedford/Fall River area. Looking to identify her.
