The female pictured entered the store and over the course of ten minutes dumped various items of children's clothing into her large Louis Vuitton shoulder bag. Female appears to leave store when she could not fit any more clothing into bag and then return again for more. She is described as a white female in her 40's, large build, blonde hair, and was wearing black pants, black boots, and a black and white design sweater.
