On 9/16/15 the pictured individual was observed on video stealing a bicycle that was locked with a U type lock to a street sign pole. This individual was observed working on the lock to the bicycle by taking unknown item (s) from the canvas tool bag (color-White & Gray). The lock was left at the scene and there appeared to be to no damage, the suspect picked the lock. The suspect is described as a white male about 30 YOA, 6’, 160 lbs. brown hair, mustache and slight beard. The stolen bicycle is a black & white SHIMANO racer.
