On Wednesday December 30, 2015 at approximately 1130hrs two suspects entered the Middlesex Savings Bank at 1000 Franklin Village Dr in Franklin. The suspects were completely covered including hooded sweatshirts, masks and gloves. One suspect approached the tellers and demanded money while the second suspects stood watch at the door. The customers, including several children, were ordered onto the ground during the robbery. No weapon was shown or mentioned. The suspects exited the bank and were briefly pursued by a detail officer before fleeing in what appears to be a dark blue BMW 3 series sedan.
