On June 16, 2004, at approximately 10:55 AM, unknown individual entered the Citizens Bank branch located at Government Center in Boston and presented the teller a note demanding money. The note indicated that the man had a weapon. The teller provided an unknown amount of money and the suspect fled the branch. The man is described as a white male, 5' 9" tall, thin build, dark hair, wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap.
