The perpetrator opened the door of the business several times using some sort of lock pick. Once the perp. was sure there were no alarm issues he entered the business, and began rummaging through the offices. He was surprised by an employee, and he told her he was a custodian emptying the trash. He told the employee that he'd get his supervisor. He then left the office, and moments later he exitied the office building.
