Detective Dyson reports Mr. Seery is now in custody.

James A. Seery Jr. is wanted by the Massachusetts Trial Courts for various criminal complaints sought by the Auburn, Massachusetts Police Department.

Mr. Seery has a lengthy criminal record to include, felony assault & battery w/ dangerous weapon, property crimes, motor vehicle offenses and robbery.

Mr. Seery is a self-proclaimed masonry contractor who operates under fictitious business names: FRENCH RIVER STONE WORKS and JAMES SEERY AND SON.

Mr. Seery was operating his criminal enterprise in the Worcester County area for several months in 2004. Mr. Seery’s m/o would solicit residents and business owners, draft a written work proposal and agree to perform masonry and home improvement work for an agreed upon price. In most cases Seery would receive a large down payment and complete only a fraction of the work and in others never perform any services at all. Seery is not a licensed contractor in Massachusetts.

James Seery’s last known address was 17B Millers Way in Sutton, Massachusetts and 294 Greenwood Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Seery’s parents, James Sr.and Mary Seery, own both of these properties.

Seery may have fled Massachusetts and be staying with a friend or relative @ 89 Butler Avenue in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. Seery may be accompanied by a female companion (Theresa Conway) who has yet to be identified. Seery may be operating a 1999 Ford F350 PU truck (black) bearing Massachusetts Commercial registration 91CZ16, which is registered, to his father.

Seery’s right to operate is REVOKED in Massachusetts as a habitual traffic offender. Seery may be clean-shaven.

As of today, Seery is not entered into NCIC and can only be apprehended within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Auburn Police will be requesting Mr. Seery be entered into NCIC for apprehension / rendition within New England States.
