Suspect walked behind the pharmacy counter approaching one of two pharmacist demanding Percocets stating he was going to count to 5. Suspect began countiing while approaching the pharmacist with both hands in the pocket of his sweatshirt. The pharmacist unlocked the narcotics cabinet gave the suspect a bottle containing 69 tablets of 2.5mg of Percocets. Suspect took the bottle and began walking out of the pharmacy. As the suspect is leaving he open the bottle emptied some into his hand and swallowed a couple of the percocets. Suspect never indicated he had a weapon nor said he had a weapon. Suspect is described as a white male, 40-45 y.o.a, 5'10- 6ft, medium built, blue eyes wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood over his head, scruffy face and light colored blue jeans. Attempts to have photos from surveillance photo enhance have been with negative results.
