At the above time and date the individual pictured here, approached a cashier at a parking garage and stated "If you don't open this , you'll lose your life" referring to the cash register and jesturing that he had a weapon under his coat. He took and undetermined amount of U.S, Currency and fled Washington toward Schools St.
