Multiple informants have stated target has recently committed one or more armed robberies of CVS's for Oxycontin. It is unknown where these have occurred but the Target has strong ties to the Dedham/Norwood area. Target is known heroin and Oxycontin user. Target recently seen dealing heroin at the Econolodge in Foxboro.

Mr. Bouhanna (DOB 1/27/70) currently has an administrating warrant of removal from the United States, Contact LESC at (877)999-5372 for confirmation if you encounter him.

Agent Straut reports has been captured in Denver and subsequently deported.
