Facial Hair: Slight moustache and long sideburns extended to chin. Suspect was wearing glasses, ball cap, black jacket, hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and white sneakers. Was carrying a musette bag. He appears to have a very narrow nose.

Richard Lee Smart was arrested by Somerville PD and the FBI BRTF on 11/14/05.
