Suspect advertised sale of Red Sox tickets, via Craigslist.com. Victim sent $400.00, via Western Union to a Cynthia Stephens, a.k.a. Cynthia Sanchez, allegedly of New Haven, CT. Suspect received money at Western Union located at the Shaw's Supermarket at 33 Kilmarnock Street in Boston. Victim never received the Red Sox tickets and is unable to make contact with suspect. The suspect also received $380.00 from a Mei Me Hu during the same time, but it is unknown if this person is a victim at this time.

The suspect has been identified as a juvenile female of Lowell. After being viewed on MMW, she was identified by a member of Tewksbury P.D. from a prior investigation. As a result of a joint investigation by Brookline P.D. and Wayland P.D., charges are being brought against the suspect.
