Female depicted in photos used two Digital Credit cloned Union credit cards (at least one victim never lost possession of his card. First DCU card was declined, but the second one went through. The individual used an ID to match the information on the credit card. The name used, is known to this department but will be withheld at this time. Female left the area in a black SUV with NY State license plates. Reg. Number is unknown at this time.
