A White male suspect enters through the rear of the property by lifting up the chain link fence. Suspect enters the storage area and begins to browse the equipment for approximately 20 seconds and then exits the property without taking any equipment. Suspect is described as a White male approximately 20 years old with a thin build. The suspect parked his pickup truck on the street in a dimly lit area. The suspect vehicle is a small blue older model pickup truck possibly a Mazda or Isuzu.
