On August 21, 2006, @ 1:00 PM, The Citizens Bank 500 Paradise Rd was robbed by a white male, in his early 20’s, entered the bank and vaulted the bank counter. This subject was wearing a white sweatshirt (with the word Addidas on it) jeans and a white hat. He was carrying a black knapsack. Images are available from Swampscott PD. The suspect went thru numerous teller draws and then vaulted back over. No weapon or note was shown. The suspect left the bank and got into a motor vehicle, which was being driven by another white male. He is in his early 20’s as well. He has dark colored hair and was wearing a white hat with blue trim. Swampscott PD recovered this motor vehicle in the Vinnin Sq area shortly after the robbery. This motor vehicle was stolen out of Haverhill today. After abandoning this motor vehicle, the suspects got into a white sedan, possibly a Pontiac, bearing a MA plate beginning with 603.

The incident is under investigation by Swampscott Pd, Massachusetts State Police, and the Boston FBI. There may be a reward offered. Any info contact Swampscott PD at 781-595-1111.
