Quincy Police Department Attempted Bank Robbery Note Passer-ID Needed On Friday, 12/23/16, at 1416 hrs, Quincy Police Officers responded to Citizen's Bank, 1200 Hancock St. for a Bank Robbery. A description of a female suspect was a white "weathered looking" female, very short, approx. 5'2, wearing all black with a possible gray shirt underneath and glasses with a black fur hat the clothing appeared dirty. The female suspect handed the teller a crumpled piece of paper that said in effect "give me all the large bills, no die packs, no cops" the suspect turned and left the bank via the front door.
