On 18 September 2006, at approximately 1550 hours, a suspect handed a bank teller an Eastern Bank deposit slip that read "give me the money no dye packs no alarms". The suspect is described as a: white male, late thirties or early forties, approximately 5’9” to 6’0” feet tall, very thin build, dark hair, the suspect was wearing a green sweatshirt with lettering on the front of the sweatshirt, the lettering on this green sweatshirt stated “CHEESECAKE FACTORY BOSTON”, the suspect had a white t-shirt hanging around his waistline, the suspect had a well worn white/badge Boston Red Sox baseball cap on, sunglasses, faded blue jeans and tan work boots. The bank teller indicated that the suspect had a scabby sore cut on his right hand near the “pinkie” finger and his faced appeared "worn down".

Suspect has been apprehended. He is Stephen Duggan DOB 02/28/60 of Quincy
