On 08/14/06 an unknown well dressed bald black male 30-40 yrs old apprx. 6ft 240lbs passed a counterfeit American Express Travelers Check for $500.00. There was $244 of merchandise "purchased" and the remainder in cash received. Suspect had a North Carolina license #39354722 which is false. Video has suspect wearing business attire of white dress shirt, blue/purple tie, black pants and shoes.
