On Wednesday, August 30, 2017, the Seekonk Police were made aware of two stolen credit cards used at Lowes and Target in Seekonk. The victims reside in Grafton Massachusetts, both of the victims reported that their vehicles were broken into earlier in the week. The suspect purchases 28 baseboard heaters at Lowes valued at $1460.00, and Lowes gift cards valued at $750.00. A few minutes later the suspect attempts to purchase $480.00 worth of items at Target. However, both of the victim's cards were declined. The suspect is a black male, with facial hair. Wearing rain boots, jeans, and a green fleece. The vehicle is a dark-colored, older F-150. The hood has a dark-colored hood scoop. The bed of the truck is surrounded by plywood; no registration is visible from the surveillance videos.
