On October 15, 2017 a victim reported their wallet stolen. He accidently left it on the counter at Tedeshi Food Mart in Mansfield after payment. Minutes later, a white male with facial hair walks up to the register to pay for his Keno and scratch tickets. While the clerk is grabbing the tickets, the subject takes the wallet and places it in his front pocket. The suspect later uses the victim’s credit card at a Shell Station. The subject has a tattoo on both his upper arms, there may also be a tattoo or birthmark on the outside of his right calf. Looking to identify male suspect.
