On the above date and time a black male entered the "Just for Jeeps" parts department in an attempt to purchase Jeep accessories with a fraudulent pre-paid Vanilla Master Card. The card had its printed numbers scratched off, and a stamp machine was used to place stolen credit/debit card numbers and a name in their place. When the manager could not swipe the card he questioned the male for identification. The male fled prior to police arrival in an unknown direction with an accomplice who was outside. This same male was accompanied by another male a week prior when they successfully purchased accessories with another cloned card.
