On January 5, 2007 the pictured male suspect was observed in Macy's concealing merchandise into shopping bags, and attempting to leave the store without paying for the clothing, totaling $526.00. The suspect was confronted by two female Loss Prevention Officers for Macy's as he was leaving the store, at which time he assaulted the Loss Prevention Officers, and fled the store, leaving behind all the clothing. Discovered also left by the suspect was clothing from Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Aeropostal, all confirmed stolen merchandise.
