On July 22, 2018, at 1330 hours, an African American male walked into the local PETCO store. The male attempted to purchase a dog lead for $12.99 with a $100 dollar bill. The cashier realized that the bill was not real and looked to be counterfeit. The money was handed back and the suspect walked out of the store saying nothing.
