0n 2/12/07 the female pictured below successfully cashed a stolen check for $400.00 at the Merrimack Valley Credit Union in North Andover, MA. The stolen check was inside of a Coach purse that had been stolen on the same date from and employee at Ozzy properties (formerly Lucent Technologies), directly across the street from the bank. The female presented the bank a Massachusetts license with the name of the victim, who had her purse stolen at the TMCA on 1/3/07. An investigation by Andover police revealed that the victim's checks and credit cards were used in Haverhill, Methuen, Plaistow and Salem, NH.

Haverhill Police Detectives have arrested Christine Pacheco from Lawrence on an outstanding warrant. She has been identified as a responsible party in this case. There are pending charges out of North Andover and Haverhill.
