Tuesday, March 27, 2007- U.S Postal Inspection Service Identified the suspect in several mail thefts and check fraud cases. Alexander Felix was taken into custody by Insp. Richard Atwood (U.S.P.S) on an outstanding warrant with the assitance of North Reading Police, Malden Police and Everett Police. Questions can be directed to Det. Michael P.
