On 7-25-07, Watertown had two apartments broken into on Walnut Street. In addition to LCD TV’s, laptops and cash, checks were stolen from one of the victims. The suspect cashed one of the checks in Mystic Ave, Medford, Bank of America, on 7-25-07, and identified himself as Jose Carlos Dos Santos, with a Brazilian Passport, #CP-626149. No BOP or RMV info on suspect.

Rangeres Vitor was captured in Kearny NJ, on Dec 14, 2007. MMW not only assisted in the capture, but also led to the suspect's identification, in a series of crimes, in Kenner, Louisiana. Rangeres had fled there after leaving Mass. Victim of crimes saw his picture on MMW and notified Kenner LO police.
