Suspect walked into Cumberland Farms with a blue bandana covering his mouth. Asked the clerk for Black and Mild cigarettes. Then ordered the clerk to hand over the money. Suspect indicated that he had a gun and a police scanner. Instructed the clerk to wait 10 minutes before calling the police. Black male, 5'10", wearing red hooded sweatshirt and Red Sox baseball cap.

Thanks to Mass Most Wanted, an annonymous tip reported that the subject in the photo was Kyon James. He has been identified and charged with the Armed Robbery.
