The pictured subject entered a Norton Dunkin Donuts and made small purchase with a $20 bill. The counter help made the change ( a $10, a $5, and some ones) and handed it to him. She moved on to another task; he calls her back and claims he was shortchanged. He said she gave him a $1 instead of a $10. She questions it but ended up giving him another $10. Later when reviewing the video, loss prevention observes the incident. She is seen making the proper change then he is seen on video tucking the $10 into his waistband before calling her back over. In checking with other staff, the subject had been in on other occasions and may have pulled off same scheme. Subject is a W/M, late 30's or 40's with distinct tattoo on his upper right forearm. It appears to be a flying eagle. TT message has been sent and another subject has been identified in same scheme at DD in Taunton. Unknown if subjects are working together or unrelated.
