This person entered a bank and used a Discover Card bearing the name of Jerry Kaigler. He produced a Florida driver's license with the same name and used address of 344 Willow Ave in Tampa, Florida. He obtained a $4,500 cash advance. The credit card had been stolen through the mail, as it never made it to the victim in Maryland. The Florida license was fake. He entered a second bank with a Discover Card bearing the name Benjamin Wallace and had fake a Florida license with same name. He attempted to get $4,700 cash advance but card was already flagged. He left the bank without incident. Credit card belonging to second victim also resides in Maryland. The suspect is described as being a black male, mid 30's, approx. 6 ft tall, 200 plus lbs, and spoke with a jamaican or caribbean accent.
