Male party entered the Sovereign Bank passing a white plastic grocery bag and written note demanding "100, 50, 20, 10 and NO Dye Packs!!" Note advised the teller she had 30 seconds and said "Don't be stupid or slick." Male described as a white male with dark complexion, 6' tall, thin build, tattoo on left neck. He wore a navy blue stocking cap, grey hooded sweatshirt, blue nylon pants with white stripe and white sneakers.
