Suspect entered the Boston St. CVS store in Lynn. After waiting for customers to leave the suspect approached the counter. He appeared to be buying a water. When the registered was opened by the clerk the suspect lunged over the counter grabbing the money out of the register and stating "this is a robbery" Suspect height is 6'0" to 6'3". Suspect vehicle possibly a dark colored pickup with ladder racks

Michael Kane 7/26/63 of Lynnfield was identified as robbing the CVS Store at 102 Boston St. Lynn. A warrant had just been obtained for Kane's arrest when a Lynn Dunkin Donuts was robbed. Kane was arrested shortly after the Dunkin Donuts robbery when officers stopped the pick up truck that he was in.
