Is responsible for over 5 recent thefts of computer equipment at the MGH, specifically in the Bulfinch Building. Thefts have taken place on weekends and later on in the day, usually after 1530 hours. The suspect was described as a Middle Eastern Male, but is yet to be identified. He is brazen and will actually engage witnesses in conversation.
