A black male subject entered the bank and asked for change. The subject then passed a bank robbery demand note. When the teller hesitated the subject passed more money and asked for some more change. When the bank manager approached the robber, he fled the bank and entered a older model, brown or red Buick which was double parked in front of the bank. No money was taken.
