On Wednesday June 4, 2008 the NPD took an initial report (08-833-OF) regarding fraudulent use of an American Express credit card at the Apple Store at the Natick Collection. Since February 2008 the depicted person is using a stolen credit of Dr. Darrell Murray from Atlanta Ga. The CC has been used across the country (mostly east coast) at Avis, Louis Vuitton and the Apples Stores.

The depicted subject has been arrested for similar acts by the Kildeer Illinois Police. He is giving the name of Mario R. Bootoms. He is being held on high bail. Further detail to come.
