On 7-5-08 @ 20:30 hrs victim parked her vehicle in business parking lot near Wilmington Center. Victim returned at 22:30hrs to find window smashed and personal items stolen from vehicle. Among those items were two credit cards, which were used seven times shortly after theft. The cards were used at convenience stores/gas stations along Rte 38 in Wilmington, Tewksbury and Lowell. The stores the card was used in are in order heading north and it seems as though suspect resides in or was headed towards Lowell.
