Suspect threw rock threw front door window. Entered store with socks on his hands. Went to cigarette stand and stole Marlboro Red 100's.

Suspect w/m with some type of tattoo (possibly tribal or spider web) on upper right arm to just below elbow.

Suspect identified as Christopher Viger of New Bedford,Ma.. Thanks to the assistance of Detectives from New Bedford Police and final DNA analysis for the identification. Charges have been filed in Fourth District Court.
