Female entered store and loaded 10 cans of baby formula into a hand held shopping basket. The items were placed in a bag that the female had placed inside the basket and as she walked through the store she dropped the basket continuing out of the store with the bag. The female entered the store and went directly to correct isle, loaded the items and was out of the store in minutes never looking directly at a camera.

Wilmington Market Basket hit again on 09-10-08 by this female suspect and a male suspect. They have been identified as David R Downey JR, out of Saugus (Parole Warrant & WMS) and Katherine Main (Sullivan) WMS Warrants. Both believed to be in Charlestown and operating a 2006 Hyundai Elantra color green MA/PC 799KGE. If contacted please notify this department
