This is a black woman, about 5'5" tall, 135 pounds, black hair with blond and red highlights, brown eyes. Subject is well dressed and well spoken, wore a lot of jewelry and has a slight southern accent. Subject may also have a pierced chin.

She entered Key and Fleet Banks in Ogunquit and produced a Florida driver's license identifying her as Victoria Anne Leslie (DOB 10/17/72). She told the teller that she would like a cash advance but she would need to call her bank (Chase Manhattan) since she had a block on her card. The subject then calls a number, speaks with a female and then gives the phone to the teller. The female on the phone asks all the appropriate questions and then gives an authorization code for the cash advance. The authorization codes are not valid and these women have been doing this all over the country. They usually get 6000 to 8000 at each bank. The total fraud amount under the name Victoria Anne Leslie is $210,805.31
