On Friday, September 26, 2008, at approximately 2056 hours, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Seekonk, MA, reported a larceny of aluminum baseball bats.

The first suspect was described as a white male with dark hair, facial hair, wearing a black baseball hat with a red brim, white t-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. The second suspect was described as a white male with brown colored hair, facial hair, wearing a red baseball hat, green jacket/shirt with a white “peacock” type design on the front and back, dark colored pants, and white sneakers.

The suspects proceeded to the baseball section of the store where they removed a display rack of baseball bats. The males then exited the store and ran into the parking lot. The store’s manager observed the suspects just as they were fleeing the store. The manager also ran after the males and observed them enter a dark colored Ford Taurus, possibly green or blue, with a partial MA plate of “445.”
