Suspect entered PETCO and made his made to the bird section of the store. The suspect pried open the cage and stole a bird. Suspect placed the bird in his coat and walked out the door. The bird is a Sun Conure parrot valued at $600.

A Stephen Pellegrine has been charges with this crime and the parrot was returned to the store.
