Suspect cut security cable attached to $2700 Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor. Suspect then pulled up in 2008 white Ford E-250 van w/ Home Depot brand trailer and loaded same. Witness states the trailer hitch was clamped on rear light duty bumper. Suspect described as white male 35-38yrs, 5'10", 180lbs, brown hair medium length. "Stalky and strong" Wearing dark jacket and dark baggy sweat pants with stripes down sides. Suspect may have stolen trailer at Avon store last year. Video and more pictures on hand.
