On December 25,2008 at approx 2100 Inmate ROSARIO, Luis DOB: 06-17-69 escaped from custody from the Massachusetts Dept. of Correction. At the time of escape ROSARIO was serving a 5 yr sentence for drug violations. The subject has family in Salem, Lawrence and the New Bedford area.
