A white female entered the CVS Pharmacy on Pilgrim Hill Rd. in Plymouth Ma. and obtained prescription medication using a false prescription. Some of the prescriptions were called into the pharmacy by phone from a female posing as an employee of a local doctor’s office. The prescriptions were verified as being fraudulent by the doctor. At this time there is no positive identification on the female as a fictitious name was used. Any help in identifying this person is greatly appreciated.
